This procedure applies to all staff based within the Mid Mersey Division (this will include Marlowe, Tennyson and Chesterton units based at Hollins Park and Litherland Walk in-Centre due to the locality of these services and the resuscitation equipment they currently use) and provides direction for staff regarding their roles, responsibilities and actions in order to provide care and summon assistance in clinical emergency situations.
