The Occupational Health Physiotherapist provides assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. The Physiotherapy service is available to all staff whether in work or off work and it is irrelevant if your injury is work related or not.

Staff can self-refer to Physiotherapy by completing this form.

Management referral

Staff who are absent due to musculoskeletal problems should be referred immediately by their manager via a management referral as early intervention is crucial. The referral must be completed using Empactis - Employee Health Management System
