The Enhanced Intensive Support Function (EIS) will be part of the established Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT), a multi-disciplinary health service for adults with a learning disability in Halton. The EIS will work in partnership with the CLDT, people with a learning disability and their families and carers, and partner organisations.
