B8a Staff consultation is coming to an end
Thank you to all staff that attended last week’s Band 8a consultation meeting that was led by Lee Taylor. A number of questions were raised during the meeting and our HR colleagues are working with divisional leads and staff to resolve these and any other outstanding questions as quickly as possible.
We would like to assure staff that the official close down of the organisational change will not be concluded until the outstanding questions are completed.
It’s extremely encouraging to hear that 85% of staff affected by the restructure will be assigned into posts prior to Christmas.
A big thank you to all those people who have supported this piece of work. A clear timeline for early January has been agreed for supporting all remaining staff into roles.
