Mental Health Care Division
Mental Health Care Division provides a spectrum of mental health services including adult mental health, older adult mental health, addiction, acquired brain injury services, psychology and crisis care in people’s homes, community settings and hospitals.
We also provide mental health liaison services within Accident and Emergency departments in local hospitals and within the criminal justice system. Services are provided to the residents of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Warrington.

This is an operating model for police and partners that seeks to make sure the public is provided with the right care, responded to by the right person with the right skills, training and experience to best meet their needs. Chief Nursing Officer from Ministry of Health, Uganda, visits the Trust

Agnes Chandia Baku, Chief Nursing Officer from Ministry of Health, Uganda, was welcomed to the Trust on 15 July by Jenny Hurst, Deputy Director of Nursing and Sandra O’Hear, Deputy Nurse Strategic Lead for Safeguarding. The visit was initiated by Justine Kigozi Nakimuli Odwongo, Freedom to Speak Up Guardian and Cultural Sensitivity Lead.
