NHS Corrective Payments Framework in Relation to Overtime Payments and Pay During Annual Leave

In March 2021, the NHS Staff Council agreed a framework to make corrective payments for the periods 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2021 to include regularly worked overtime or additional basic hours for part-time staff in the calculation of pay during annual leave.
