Find out more in the attached flyer.

This two day event includes:

  • A talk from the inspirational Jake Mills of Chasing the Stigma, on how he overcame extreme mental illness
  • A chance for young people to have their say and help shape the care that they receive
  • The Talking About Suicide: Ten tools (TAS10) training delivered on both days helps put aside common misconceptions and fears that can get in the way of us starting a conversation about suicide
  • Wellbeing workshop: Hidden Emotions - learn to recognise your hidden underlying emotions and video messages to NHS health practices
  • The chance to find out about the support available locally to anyone experiencing concerns about their own mental health
