Live Well Work Well event

Every day we look after the health and wellbeing of our patients and that is only possible because of the outstanding work of each and every one of you.

We often find ourselves so busy looking after everyone else, this is a reminder that it is important we look after ourselves too.

We are pleased to bring you the return of our Live Well Work Well event on Tuesday 6 June 2023 from 10am to 5.30pm at Broadgreen Hospital. It is an outside event, it will be in the green space opposite Moroney House.

The event will be delivered in collaboration with LUHFT and  is open to all staff.

At the event you can benefit from:

• A health MOT including; Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, heart rhythm checks for Atrial fibrillation and Body Mass Index checks

You can also seek information and advice on:

• Physical activity, including NHS games participation
• Making every contact count (MECC)
• Nutrition and dietary advice
• Mental Health support
• Cancer support
• Green and sustainability information.

This is a great opportunity to have a health check in work as we know being able to get into your GP may not always be easy.
