EFFECTIVE WORKFORCE SHARING (MOBILISING COLLEAGUES) ENSURES APPROPRIATE LEVELS OF COLLEAGUES ARE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY CARE TO PATIENTS AND SERVICE USERS. WORKFORCE SHARING CAN BE NECESSARY FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS FOR EXAMPLE STAFFING SHORT FALLS AND DURING BUSINESS CONTINUITY.
