This Active Workforce group session welcomes any female staff who haven’t gone through the Menopause yet, whether you’re 18 or 45.
Menopause is repeatedly misdiagnosed. Help yourselves by learning and understanding what is inevitably coming your way.
The 1 hour group session aims to help you:
- Understand the Menopause
- Recognise the symptoms
- Be aware of the treatments
- Understand self-help treatments
- Be aware of the further support available.
Insight and Discussion
There will be a female employee offering you an insight into dealing with the Menopause in the workplace
You will get the chance to ask the team any questions you have regarding the Menopause.
