Recovering Quality of Life (ReQOL-10) – Now Live in RiO

As part of the Trust’s clinical outcomes and community excellence programme’s we are piloting the use of a patient reported outcome measure (PROM) called ReQOL-10 in some of our adult community mental health service teams. The ReQOL-10 form is now available in the Outcome Measures folder on RiO.
