Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. Participation in regular physical activity can improve our physical health, increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety. We have updated our physical activity offer for you our workforce, to bring you even more opportunities to be more active and at no cost. Our timetable below shows you what is available and when, on a weekly basis. You can download a print friendly version of the timetable here. Mondays and Wednesdays: 10 Minute Movers

Get away from your desk and move for 10 minutes.  Research has found that short workouts can help improve your health and fitness and show immediate improvements to concentration levels compared to sitting. You will do 3 different types of exercise; mobility stretches, pulse raising activity and a strength component. Only a small amount of space is needed.

Tuesdays: Legs, Bums and Tums

This is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up the areas of your thighs, bum and stomach.

A high energy session comprising of many different exercises. No two classes are the same. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
