The incident reporters training (IR1) is for any staff who require an overview of the incident form on Datix.
This course will cover the following:
- What the incident form looks like
- Tips on completing the form
- Where to get help.
The incident reviewer training has been created for team managers and other staff who have been nominated as incident reviewers (IR2 Managers) for their team or department.
This course will cover the following:
- How to appropriately approve an IR1 Datix form
- How to pull relevant data from submitted Datix forms within your team or department
- How to use the Datix system to produce relevant information to support risk management within your team/department
- How to attach documents to a Datix form to support the findings (i.e. Duty of Candour letters).
Scheduled dates are:
Wednesday 6 April 10am
Thursday 21 April 10am
Tuesday 10 May 2.30pm
Monday 23 May 2.30pm
Training will be delivered virtual over Teams and will last approximately 90 minutes.
