This session is hosted by Mersey Care and designed to bring together an enthusiastic and multiskilled team from across the ICS to generate ideas and solve key issues for patients in the Cheshire and Merseyside ICS.
Our core objectives for the hackathon are to:
- Accelerate population health management across the ICS
- Support development of integrated care solutions
- Empower the teams with enough data to get to the heart of the problems using System P analytics resources
- Translate these insights and apply them practically to challenges facing the ICS
