Join the committee which actually works more like a steering group to bring about change. Due to changes/movement in the committee since our last election, we need YOU! if you are interested to please nominate yourself to fill a position on the committee. The committee roles provide great opportunities to network, gain new skills/experiences and have your say on behalf of the BAME staff.

Vacant Positions - anyone can do this regardless of your role or banding 

  1. Vice Chair (currently this role has 7.5 hrs protected time a week)
  2. Secretary
  3. BAME Officer
  4. Civility and Respect champion (To attend monthly meetings/as and when meetings)
