FREE 10 Minute Mover Sessions
Join us twice a week from the office or your living room at home
Get away from your desk and move for 10 minutes throughout the day which helps to circulate blood and oxygen to the muscles leaving you with more energy to work.
Research has found that short, 10-minute workouts can help improve your health and fitness, they show immediate improvements to concentration levels compared to sitting.
During the 10 minute mover you will do 3 different types of exercise. Mobility stretches e.g. hip swings, pulse raisers e.g. jog on the spot and strength exercises e.g. squats.
No Equipment is needed and a small amount of space is adequate. Beginners are welcome.

FREE 30 Minute Fitness Frenzy Class
Just as the name would suggest, a frenzy of all things fitness for 30 minutes!!
A high energy session comprising of many different exercises with no equipment needed.
No two classes are the same. Suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to the elite!! Lots of fun, always functional and a great way to control weight and gain strength.

FREE 30 Minute Legs, Bums & Tums Class
Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach.
Great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
Day: Thursday
Time: 8:00 - 8:30am

Health Assessments coming to your Workplace
Having regular Health Checks can detect signs of serious health problems, lowering the risk of further issues with diseases such as some cancers, heart disease, diabetes, stroke and kidney disease
Health Checks involve:
Height
Weight
BMI
Waist Circumference
Blood Pressure
Resting Heart Rate
(Duration – 10 mins per appointment)
