Join us twice a week from the office or your living room at home
Get away from your desk and move for 10 minutes throughout the day which helps to circulate blood and oxygen to the muscles leaving you with more energy to work.
Research has found that short, 10-minute workouts can help improve your health and fitness, they show immediate improvements to concentration levels compared to sitting.

FREE 30 Minute Legs, Bums & Tums Class
Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach.
Great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
Day & Time: 8:00-8:30am Tuesdays starting 4 April
Duration: 5 Weeks

FREE 30 Minute Fitness Frenzy Class
Just as the name would suggest, a frenzy of all things fitness for 30 minutes!!
A high energy session comprising of many different exercises with no equipment needed.
Day & Time: Thursday – 5:30pm starting 7 April
Duration: 5 Weeks

Leisure Centres
Sign up for our subsidised Gym Memberships and Buddy Memberships in our eight Sefton Leisure Centres.
£24 per month for staff and £28 per month for Buddies allows access for full use of each site, including classes, swimming, gym, free induction and tailored gym programme

Walk 2: Silver How, Grasmere Water and Rydal Water
We’re offering employees an opportunity to get outdoors, meet new people, increase activity levels, and reach a goal! This gentle walk is perfect for all abilities, it follows the perimeter around Grasmere Water and Rydal Water, taking in a few small inclines along the way.
For those looking for more of a challenge, we also have an option to hike up Silver How along the way.
